The Diploma in Computer Teacher Training (DCTT) is a specialized course designed to prepare individuals for a career in computer teaching and training. This course focuses on developing both strong computer knowledge and effective teaching skills, enabling students to confidently teach computer subjects in schools, computer institutes, and training centers.
The course covers computer fundamentals, operating systems, MS Office, internet and digital tools, basic hardware, and introductory programming concepts. In addition, students are trained in teaching methodology, lesson planning, classroom management, presentation skills, and practical lab handling. Emphasis is placed on hands-on practice and teaching demonstrations.
After completing this course, candidates can work as computer teachers, instructors, lab assistants, or trainers in schools, private institutes, NGOs, and skill development centers. The course also provides a strong foundation for advanced studies in computer education and IT.
